We enjoyed our dining here. It's a beautiful interior with quiet chill vibe.
The service was exceptional - very professional and friendly.
We loved the appetizers we ordered as well as drinks. We had the whole seabass to share as an entree, and it was cooked very good - tender but juicy.
All of that was for a very reasonable price for a restaurant of this class on the Strip. Would definitely come back next time we're in the area.
Hadn't been to Emeril's in 12 years but it's safe to say it's still one of the better restaurants on the strip. They bake bread better than anyone. The brioche and the cornbread are game changers and our crab pasta was incredible!. The service is outstanding as well, and it didn't hurt that our wonderful server looked like Collin Robinson who is one of the best characters in TV show history. (Some of the photos show half portions since I was splitting with my SO, the portions overall are solid for most of the dishes).

Amazing meal! Michael's table side service was amazing as well as the small army of staff constantly filling water and clearing the table...A+ for all!
Great wine and whiskey selection satisfied all. The table was even able to collectively decide they prefer Atlantic oysters to Pacific...

Emeril’s delivers a true high-end New Orleans dining experience. The food was absolutely amazing—bold flavors, perfectly balanced, and clearly prepared with care and intention. You can taste the quality in every dish.
The service really stood out as well. Attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming without being overbearing. It elevated the entire meal and made the experience feel special from start to finish.
While the pricing is slightly elevated, it’s well justified by the quality of the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere. This is one of those places where you leave feeling like it was worth it. I’d absolutely return and would recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale New Orleans–style meal in Las Vegas.

Among my top 5 restaurants in the world!
Emeril’s to me is a perfect restaurant because on one hand you get unique dishes and flavours that you can’t find anywhere else, but at the same time they are comfy, hearty dishes, that you can enjoy.
A few of my favourite dishes to get here are the corn bread, the crab cake, the bbq shrimp (seriously what is in that sauce!?), the Chilean fish, the garlic crispy rice (seriously you cannot pass on this!), and of course the banana cream pie.
The staff is also always so great and they make you feel so welcomed!
