Covent Garden Hotel

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The rooms were luxurious and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the additional touches - such as the thick robes provided, the artistic tote bag that was gifted, and the evening turn down service - were really lovely touches. The staff were beyond welcoming and friendly. We were warmly greeted each and every time a staff member saw us, and they were able to answer all questions and accommodate every need/want we had. The hotel was also situated in a prime spot in an excellent neighborhood. We had hundreds of restaurant and pub options within walking distance, and safety was never a concern. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! That, and that no other hotel stay is ever going to compare. We are already discussing how to get back to this hotel as quickly as possible.

Superb hotel!!! Everything about the Covent Garden Hotel is 5-star and beyond!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and sincere hospitality that you will not find in most hotels. In particular, the hotel concierge, Agostinho Benedito, could not have been kinder or more helpful throughout our luxuriously perfect stay at this amazing hotel!! He always remembered me by name and gave excellent recommendations for things to do, places to see, and helpful tips too! The reception desk staff was also absolutely fantastic, in particular Miss Petra! What a joy she is....very sweet and engaging, and extremely helpful upon our arrival :-) The onsite restaurant, Brasserie Max, was amazing in all categories! The hotel decor and the rooms were immaculate and so beautifully decorated! Nestled on a quiet street within an easy walk to anything and everything one could possibly hope for, the Covent Garden Hotel is a shining jewel in central London! We hope to return in the near future!

Went for a Condor Airlines event. The presentation took place in a room which was a cinema experience including popcorn for all the attendees! The rest of the event took place in another room where drinks and canapes were served. Excellent food and friendly staff. The location is excellent conveniently located near quite a few Tube stations. Overall,a very good experience.

Experienced Afternoon Cheese (rather than Tea) with my darling niece as an early birthday present for her. It was fabulous. Great surroundings and atmosphere and attentive, friendly, lovely staff. Highly recommend 👌

Ive stayed here for over a decade. The staff are literally my family at this point. Best hotel in London. Rooms are amazingly furnished. Vibes are immaculate. Location is perfect. If you are looking for a hotel in london. This is it. Just stop looking elsewhere
