We had asked for a vegan afternoon tea with the reservation and this was possible and delicious! We had 3 sandwiches each, two vegan scones and 3 desserts. Very nice and cosy atmosphere, and great service. Only thing that could make it better is to get more types of tea instead of only being able to order one

Dean Street Townhouse is one of my go to spots. Its central location and ease of making a reservation online makes it an ideal place for a great meal. It has one of my favorite cheeseburgers in London. As a Californian my standards for cheeseburgers is high and they do a really great job with their burgers. Don’t skip the Mac and cheese either! They have a beautiful bar with a full selection of alcohol. They have some really nice tequila options as well. Service here is always good. The townhouse itself is beautiful and it is a great date spot or to take out of town visitors.

I took my Aunty for her 80th birthday . We went to the matinee and then on for early dinner here and then trains home . It was perfectly located in the heart of Soho. The staff were very warm and welcoming and we had a lovely greeting from the maitre d who made sure he took time with every guest in the restaurant. Really professional service! Our meal was delicious with a nice bottle of Lady A. Sadly we had to cancel our desserts as we realised we may miss our train and the staff were very understanding. They brought a lovely birthday plate of chocolates though with a candle for my Aunty which was really kind of them. Can highly recommend and will definitely return. Nice buzzy venue . Thank you so much .

Came by around 2pm for afternoon tea. Got one to share. Expensive but delicious. Definitely worth compared to the other teas in the area. Highly recommend. Scones and sandwiches were lovely.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. I chose the Medium room option. The staff were very friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was cleaned twice a day, which is something you would expect given the price they charge. The hotel is decorated in an old London style, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. However, when we were checking out, each of my friends was charged extra. They said this was for the complimentary vitamin C and magnesium items placed in the room daily. We had specifically asked about this, and were told that the items in the room were free. When we raised this at checkout, they pointed to a small note placed next to those items, saying we were supposed to scan a QR code on it to see the price. Honestly, after already paying a high nightly rate, being charged extra through such small tricks left a bad impression when leaving the hotel.
