So I arrive 15 min before 11pm. I said “hi” and the lady straight away “no,no” and I ask “are you close?” She just reply “yes”. The sign and on google says that close at 11pm. So I didn’t understand but I just walk away.
This is more like a message for the managers of that shop. Is not the first time that they close before the time and are rude about it.
All the display was still there etc.
so please, do better.
I work in costumer service myself and I know is hard, but the second that I will close the restaurant that I work early, I know I will get fired straight away and is a matter of sense as well.

Really glad I stopped here, the server was helpful and the baggels were outstanding and plenty of fillings. The price was fair for the location. Happily purchase them again from this chain again.

Good food. Fast. Ordered a salted beef on a plain bagel with pickle and mustard. The bagel was fresh (@ 6:30PM). Beef was good, but could have used a tad more to be tasty. Service was good & with a smile.

I treated myself to a lovely chicken bagel before taking my train at Marylebone station. Staff was very kind and service prompt. My bagel was absolutely yummy 😋 and perfect for a quick meal on the train! I recommend and will stop here again ☺️.
