Awesome bar you cannot go wrong. First bar in singapore to age their cocktails. Different ambiances/rooms available. Servers/bartenders are super nice especially Eric & Chloe. I went alone but did not feel awkward as they kept me good company. Would definitely go back.

Great atmosphere, good selection of alcohol. I visited here frequently 10 years ago (when the hotel was still Regent Singapore) and came back again in 202607 - now Conrad Singapore Orchard (everything interior is about the same). It is quite difficult to find a bar with deco like this here in SG. They are more flexible with the private room booking price now compared to the past (where there was a fixed rate). I didn't like that the main entrance door is wide open now (probably to get more customers who doesn't know that Manhattan is a nice cocktail bar), personally I'd definitely prefer the old style where the main entrance door was closed (has more of a mystery/secluded vibes). Superb service from Barry (a Burmese's server, his photo attached with approval), we chatted quite a bit on the current Myanmar's situation etc and his personal life in Myanmar before coming to SG. Cocktail's recommendation from him are nice, and he arranged cocktail for me that are beyond the menu by sharing with him what alcohol I like, what kind of taste I'd want to experience etc. It was a Sunday night, cosy & nice, a great place for dates (at about the end of night, there were only 4 couples left). Also a great place for gatherings (many larger groups when we first arrived at 9+pm). Definitely 5* for the decor, vibes, and hopefully you can also received a great service from good server like Barry = Thumbs up! We had about 5 cocktails and the bill was ~S$180, jfyi for those who are keen. Some of the nice cocktails were: 1) Meet Me Halfway (I ordered 2 of it). 2) Where the Boys are. 3) Harlem Shake (if you like the pina colada style) Thanks Barry for the lovely drinks you offered to us at the end of night.

I wish I had more time here to try all the things. Barrel aged cocktails in their own rickroom. I mean come on do I have to say anything else? The aesthetic, drinks, and food were all absolutely stunning! And that was just the first night. Why did I go back on the second night? The staff. Polite, fun, knowledgeable, just an overall 'on top of their shit' type of staff that is really hard to come by in this industry. Special shout-out to Sly! I gave him a pretty broad request, and he absolutely nailed his pick for the flavor profile I liked in a whiskey. Super cool to talk to the first and second night! If I am ever in a neighboring country I will come back specifically just to visit this bar. Yes it is worth it! Thank you team!

This is by far the best bar I’ve visited period! and I love love it. Have been here for drinks, for brunch, for the private bar experience, for birthdays and it always ate. Service is top-notch no matter how busy it gets. Whether at the bar or at some table in the corner, we’ve always had the best time here. Drinks are excellent catering to all tastes and the menu refreshes so always something new to look forward to. Consistently good over the years, through changes in staffs and all! thank you so much for keeping standards high xx

It’s crazy to say this but just come for the spirits and wines. By all means, order something to munch on cos the food’s actually quite palatable although the pork ribs were downright dry and stringy, hardly fall-off-the-bone. Odd that the waiter kept gushing about it. Skip the cocktails and avoid sitting at the bar unless you want a multitude of cringe-worthy moments. We got seated by the bar and had to put up with awkward moments with the head bartender and crew who obviously couldn’t read the room. If they weren’t sniggering amongst themselves, they made bad recommendations and forced conversation. Certainly not a good mix… pun intended. I quite liked the old school vibe and ambiance. Pity the service was wanting.
