I've had the best oysters in Sicily here—perhaps even the best in all of Italy. They were incredibly fresh, perfectly balanced, and an unforgettable start to the meal.
The staff are genuinely friendly, the restaurant has a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere, and the wine selection is excellent.

The crudo was absolute perfection—so fresh, delicate, and full of pure flavour. The vongole and mussels? Every bite was heavenly; you almost expect angels to start singing. And the pasta... simply outstanding. No unnecessary tricks, no distractions—just flawless ingredients treated with respect.

As Einstein supposedly said, "Brilliance is in simplicity." This restaurant embodies that philosophy. It takes real mastery to transform the treasures of the sea into something this memorable. And perhaps only Italians—especially Sicilians—can create such magic from the abundance that il mare so generously provides.
