Food was pretty tasty especially the sirloin Sirloin steak, but the service was horrible!
We had to wait a very long time once we ordered and had to keep calling the waiter, who did not pay attention to our table at all throughout the night. On top of this, there was a bug in our cocktail. We didn’t make a fuss about it just notified the waiter. The manager came and kindly replaced the drink and brought us free shots. We thought that this was a positive change to the experience, but no. We waited an hour and a half and our steak never came so we flagged this also to the waiter multiple times. We then got approached by a group of three staff members who accused us of lying and passive aggressively saying that “are you sure that we ordered this and it didn’t come because it says it did come out are you sure you didn’t eat it?!” They accused us of eating the steak and lying about it. I was in total shock. I thought they were pranking me, and I told him to look at the cameras. When the steak was served, one of the three waiters, kind of slammed it on the table saying “you sure you didn’t forget anything else?!” in a condescending tone.
Not a high end place by any standard, they added some flashing lights and a red carpet when you check in that doesn’t make up for horrendous service!!!
A really unpleasant experience. Our food came cold and was incredibly disappointing despite the eye watering price. We went to get more food after our meal because we were still hungry.
Atmosphere got 2 stars because the toilets are cool but that's where the positives end
Had a lovely evening here for a friend’s birthday. The staff is very attentive, the food is delicious and the vibe and decor is incredible!
I highly recommend the kubane bread, avocado cigars, tuna tartar, and don’t skip the dessert!!
The only criticism I have is that the food was brought out in a random order, so next time I would request to have starters brought out first.
Overall, had a great experience and would come again!
The food is mediocre, not even good tbh. Only 1 dish was nice but for 3000shekels for the table, I expect it to be amazing. Vibe was ok. The decor was really nice. But beside that, the place isn’t worth going to. Even for half of the price. Literally, food was pretty much tasteless.
We were very looking forward to eating in this restaurant but I have to admit that we won’t come back again.
Overall the design is unique however the maintenance need some improvements - you can see that some of the chairs are dirty or ripped, part of the paint is chipped, and we even got one drink in a broken glass that wasn’t replaced even after we told two different waiters about it.
The food was mainly tasty (although a bit of a seasoned for my taste), but the dishes are quite small and costly.
Service was disappointing, it was slow, especially at the end - we waited 15 minutes for the check and then an extra 25 minutes just so they can bill our credit cards (we had to go to the bar and ask 3 times for someone to come by).
Not what you expect from pricey posh place like that.
