One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. From the beginning, we were clearly informed that we needed to leave by 9:30 PM, which we accepted without any issue. What is completely unacceptable is that every single thing we ordered took 20–25 minutes to arrive. We were a group of 14 people, yet the service was slow, disorganized, and careless throughout the entire evening. As soon as we were finally served our cocktails and dessert, the staff began pushing us out in a rude and unpleasant manner, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This was especially disappointing considering we were celebrating a birthday, and there was not even the smallest courtesy from the restaurant — no gesture, no acknowledgment, nothing. The situation became even worse when a dessert was delivered to a table that never ordered it, while another table that did order dessert was left without any. Despite this clear mistake, they were still charged, and the waiter showed no concern at all that someone else had taken the dessert. Zero accountability and zero effort to fix the problem. For a restaurant that claims to be high-end and elegant, this level of service is simply embarrassing. A place of this category should invest in properly trained staff who understand customer service and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, due to how poorly we were treated, I will be sharing this experience on Instagram stories. As an influencer, I also have friends in the industry who will be sharing it as well. I would never return and do not recommend this place under any circumstances. *I even contacted the owner directly after their reply, but I never received any response or solution. Unfortunately, the poor service continues even after leaving the restaurant*

We were very looking forward to eating in this restaurant but I have to admit that we won’t come back again. Overall the design is unique however the maintenance need some improvements - you can see that some of the chairs are dirty or ripped, part of the paint is chipped, and we even got one drink in a broken glass that wasn’t replaced even after we told two different waiters about it. The food was mainly tasty (although a bit of a seasoned for my taste), but the dishes are quite small and costly. Service was disappointing, it was slow, especially at the end - we waited 15 minutes for the check and then an extra 25 minutes just so they can bill our credit cards (we had to go to the bar and ask 3 times for someone to come by). Not what you expect from pricey posh place like that.

Had a lovely evening here for a friend’s birthday. The staff is very attentive, the food is delicious and the vibe and decor is incredible! I highly recommend the kubane bread, avocado cigars, tuna tartar, and don’t skip the dessert!! The only criticism I have is that the food was brought out in a random order, so next time I would request to have starters brought out first. Overall, had a great experience and would come again!

We came for a fun and tasty evening. We were hungry. Arrived at 21.00 and sat at the bar. We explained that we ate gluten free and noticed the Gluten free options. Ordered a lettuce salad to start and then requested the sashimi. The waiter explained that it came with croutons but he will prepare without. The dish arrived WITH croutons! We returned it. Then waited... 20 min. We received a complimentary lettuce salad. So now it nearly 10.15 and wd have eaten a lettuce and another lettuce. We were then sent out the sashimi..and then received the fish fillet. The fillet had a huge bone inside. In meantime the manager came up and offered us a shot which we never received. When she arsked on menu if she can offer us something we suggested the only other gluten free dish was steak - which she flatly refused to offer us. So we ordered the bill (by the way NO water or cold drinks offered). Waited 20 min for bill and then we noticed that they charged us for the two salads even though one is complimentary! Awful awful service. The place is beautiful and the show was good. Will never recommend and never return.

The food is mediocre, not even good tbh. Only 1 dish was nice but for 3000shekels for the table, I expect it to be amazing. Vibe was ok. The decor was really nice. But beside that, the place isn’t worth going to. Even for half of the price. Literally, food was pretty much tasteless.
