R48 delivers an exceptional fine dining experience with a classic and elegant atmosphere. The service is highly attentive and precise with staff constantly managing table settings and refreshments throughout the meal. Having previously experienced the breakfast menu the dinner experience surpasses expectations in both quality and execution. All dishes feature remarkably fresh ingredients across the pasta meat and fish selections. The bar program offers well crafted cocktails with a notable whiskey sour and the dessert menu is highlighted by a unique banana cake.
Delicious and delightfully inventive dishes, let me start by saying there are 12 courses. Even if each is just a bite, no one leaves hungry. Every plate was a surprise, bursting with unique flavors and presented like a work of art.
The service? Polished and professional. I highly recommend the cocktails - they pair beautifully with the food. But if wine is more your thing, their selection won’t disappoint.
Set aside 2 to 3 hours for the full experience. It’s the kind of dinner best enjoyed with good company, the more engaging your tablemates, the better. No à la carte here, it’s tasting menu only, and that’s exactly how it should be.
If you don’t eat, something, stated ahead the time you come.
A piece of heaven mid Tel Aviv!
Each dish is a world of flavors that create an amazing dinner for all the senses.
Highly recommend to take the wine pairing for the experience
The service and atmosphere are absolutely amazing, and the place is stunning. Cocktails were great. In terms of food- they definitely know how to cook, but we thought the flavors were a bit too basic and not special enough. This is probably not what you expect when going to a place like this.
Amazing set menu dinner with wine pairing!
Prices are high, but there's a very good value for it - the food is great, and the service and overall experience are one of a kind.
The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant, with good vibes all over, including the open kitchen.
