Visited Saka Bar on a Sunday around 7 pm and it was surprisingly calm and not too crowded. By 8 pm you could already feel people rushing in, so coming earlier was definitely the right move.
I had the vegetarian gyozas along with another vegetarian-friendly appetizer, and both were really enjoyable. I also tried one of the Japanese alcoholic drinks which was very pleasant and paired nicely with the food.
The atmosphere felt relaxed and cozy, and it was interesting to learn this is the sister restaurant of Men Ten Ten. Overall, a nice spot if you are looking for a more laid-back evening with good food and drinks.
Decent food, decent ambiance, high prices.
The servers were good, the food and its variety are good, the atmosphere is good. Nothing much to complain about other than the most common issue we have in Tel Aviv, and it’s the prices. (Also a little bit too long of a waiting time with the food, which could have been avoided by adding an addition sushi station)
Nice to go with friends or on a date. It’s good, nothing very special.

The food at Saka Ba in Florentin was delicious. The fish was exceptionally fresh and the ramen soup was excellent and well-prepared. They offer a great variety of sake drinks that truly enhance the authentic Japanese atmosphere. While the prices are a bit high the overall experience was very positive and high quality. It is a great spot for anyone looking for an authentic taste of Japan in Tel Aviv

Saka Ba felt like a very authentic place from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, with a relaxed energy that made it easy to enjoy the time there. Nothing felt forced or artificial. It was simple, genuine, and welcoming.
The staff at Saka Ba were especially friendly and kind. They made the experience feel personal without being intrusive, and it was clear they cared about creating a good environment for everyone. Their warmth really added to the overall feel of the place.
Overall, Saka Ba had a great vibe. It felt like a spot where people come to unwind, feel comfortable, and enjoy good company. It is the kind of place that leaves you with a positive impression and makes you want to return.

A very good place for fresh sushi. The nigiri was very fresh and tasty, and before that I had delicious gyoza and maguro okonomiyaki. There’s a good selection of dinner dishes and a rich sake menu for those who appreciate sake. Menu, (neither photos of dishes) is not on Google, so you have to check the menu on Instagram, although they gave me a different one. It’s also unclear how to reserve a table - maybe you need to call?!
Yet at 5:30 PM on Thursday, no one else was there, I just walked in, obviously, the service was crazy fast, as for ambience, it felt like Japan :) will come back, just need to figure out how to book a table…
