The Fun Garden - Guinguette

During our extended holiday in Krabi, we decided to visit Fun Gardens after reading many positive reviews online. The place is a bit remote compared to where we stayed, so the trip required some extra planning and travel time. Fun Gardens felt more like a cozy home than a commercial play center, with a warm and welcoming owner and staff who are attentive and pleasant. The indoor play area is well-stocked with toys, books, and games, and our toddler thoroughly enjoyed the time there, staying happy and engaged. There are also outdoor play areas, including trampolines and climbing structures, though some parts felt a bit old and could benefit from maintenance. Unfortunately, when we visited, there were no other children around, which made the atmosphere quieter and less lively for our toddler. I believe the experience could be more enjoyable when there are more kids playing together. The pricing was fair, with a charge of about 120 THB for a child’s unlimited playtime. Although called unlimited, most toddlers tend to stay for one to two hours, making the price reasonable for the time spent. Regarding food, we only tried it once during our visit and ordered a Pad Thai,a local Thai specialty. The dish was simple and lacked the flavor and excitement we expected. Considering the focus of this place is more on play and relaxation than gourmet dining, the food quality and taste were below average. If food is your main focus, there are better options in the area. Overall, Fun Gardens offers a peaceful, safe, and family-friendly environment where parents can relax while their children play. If your accommodation already has good play facilities, you might not find it worth the extra travel. But if you have time to spare and want a calm, caring space for your toddler to enjoy different toys and outdoor games, Fun Gardens is a worthy stop. The owner and staff’s friendly hospitality add a nice personal touch to the visit.

We've been bringing our daughter here since she was a baby its a great outdoor and indoor open air play area for kids of all ages. Its often very quiet as well which we love. There's not many options in the chong phli area for kids so its well worth a visit!

New menu is out! Unfortunately sugar crepes that we loved are no longer on it but still lots of options. It's so much better without the fee to play and the kids love the variety of activity areas. Only wish it was a little further from the road as the traffic can make it loud and polluted at times.

Best place ever! As a parent this place will be your heaven! Absolutely stunning Montessori playground and house! We had our little girls birthday party here and Fun garden went all out to accommodate us and our guests. Will always keep this place as our default as our 3 year old cannot climb out of the car fast enough when we come to Fun Garden.
