Bagatelle

It was my third time in Montauk Bagatelle, what a great place to have dinner/ brunch. This time was the best, because of Ella, our server is so much fun and makes the place very inviting. The DJ has a great taste with music that all you want is to dance non stop. The food was amazing. We really enjoyed every minute being in there. The view is outstanding . I highly recommend )))

If you didn’t get to Bagatelle in Montauk last summer, you should make a reservation ASAP for this season! Everyone from David, the manager, Chris the maitre de, Ben our waiter, Javier, Christopher but most importantly Remi, the chef extraordinaire, were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and most courteous! The food is incomparable. Oysters with caviar, with just a squeeze of lemon, fresh and sweet! Octopus, grilled to perfection. Ricotta stuffed zucchini flowers, delicious, light and fluffy. The fettuccine with fresh lobster, served table side is a visual and culinary treat!! I had the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I look forward to going back again! Don’t forget dessert!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bagatelle Montauk this past Father’s Day weekend, and I felt compelled to share just how wonderful our evening was. We arrived as a group of 6 adults and 5 children without a reservation, and from the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. My husband and two of our friends went inside to inquire about accommodating our large party, and the manager, Matias, could not have been more welcoming. Without hesitation, he immediately had his staff arrange a beautiful table for all 11 of us with an incredible waterfront view. It was truly one of the best tables in the restaurant and set the tone for what became an unforgettable evening. Once seated, the service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server, Dani, was absolutely fantastic, warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. We had five children in our group, and anyone dining with kids knows that can sometimes be challenging. Yet Dani and the entire staff treated our family with kindness, patience, and genuine warmth throughout the evening. Not once did we feel rushed or like our children were an inconvenience, which made us feel especially welcome. The food was phenomenal. Every dish arrived in a timely manner, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. From appetizers to entrées and dessert, each course seemed better than the last. It was clear that great care went into every plate that came out of the kitchen. To make the evening even more special, we were celebrating my husband’s birthday weekend. The staff surprised him with a beautiful dessert complete with candles, and everyone joined in singing Happy Birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture and one that meant so much to our family and friends. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up being the last table to leave the restaurant that evening. Even then, the staff remained gracious, attentive, and welcoming. At no point did we feel rushed to leave, which speaks volumes about the hospitality and professionalism of the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to Matias, Dani , and everyone at Bagatelle Montauk for making our Father’s Day and birthday celebration so memorable. Exceptional service, outstanding food, beautiful waterfront views, and genuine hospitality are becoming harder to find these days, but Bagatelle delivered on every level. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montauk.

We had an amazing experience, the atmosphere was incredible from start to finish, and the DJ created the perfect vibe. But the highlight was definitely the food. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The beef tartare was outstanding, the seafood tower was incredibly fresh, the halibut & catch of the day was exceptional. Even the cherry tomato side dish was full of flavor, and the Bagatelle Special Dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. Can wait to be back.
