We went to the Seasalt this evening and everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. From the first moment we walked in Sophia welcomed us like family and we especially loved that she had informed smart advice about the menu and wine pairings. It is a delicate balance to provide service that feels friendly and warm and also attentive and professional. Sophia and the rest of the team at Seasalt managed this beautifully. We had cocktails, several glasses of great wine, frito misto, saphron steamed mussels, braised short ribs, flourless chocolate cake and all were wonderful. And all of this on a Tuesday night I might add which can be a sleepy night in Montauk. But that didn’t prevent the Seasalt team from bringing their A game. Much appreciated. We will be back for sure!
The place is beautiful! The food was ok. Drinks are good. Our server was great, but I think they need one more server. Everything was taking a bit longer.

I do not know why this place is NOT PACKED!! maybe it is later on a Friday night. The menu is limited, but this is not a diner with 300 choices. The property is fun and the food was amazing.
