Leicester Square Kitchen

The restaurant is a mix of Mexican and Peruvian dishes, with a modern and chill environment. My favorites ⭐️: chicken tacos (topped with paprika, lived up to expectations) and the wagyu burger (I was surprised by how tender it was)! Mid: baked tortilla chips and calamari — okay to have, but nothing surprising. Meh: crispy duck with pomegranate — the duck was hard and dry; personally, I didn’t like this dish. For dessert, we ordered dulce de leche and it was just a normal small doughnut topped with caramel — wouldn’t recommend.

The food and service was the best in recent memory. The beef taco and duck salad were extremely delightful. The service from astle, honey and lobsang was excellent, all three were attentive and kind. Would definitely come again!!!

The location is iconic and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. Pronoy served us and really looked after our table. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and we didn’t have to wait long for our meals. We had a great time definitely value for money. I’m a tea person, and I loved the presentation of my tea at the end as well.

A completely disappointing experience. We were already wary of the restaurant due to the location being extremely touristy, as the establishments in the area are usually poor. However, as this was a Radisson Blu hotel restaurant, we expected the experience to be slightly better. We visited on Cinco de Mayo and, as expected, they offered a set menu for the occasion. It was a four-course menu and the price seemed fair. First, the starter was nachos to share, 5 bowls for the 12 people that were there. These were fine but nothing special, simply Doritos dusted with pepper seasoning, and the guacamole was clearly not made in-house. For the tacos, we had the option of both hard and soft shells. We weren't expecting enormous portions, but they arrived as cold canapés that tasted of absolutely nothing. For the main, I chose the chicken. Bear in mind there were no side dishes, no sauce, and no garnish, just the plain chicken on its own. It was dry, lacked any taste of parmesan, and was as thin as a leaf. In all my years of fine dining, I have never seen this, just the protein served by itself without any accompaniments. It was completely underwhelming, a promise of nice food that was worst than a pub grub, and if you've chosen the other options for main it was also not different. For dessert, we chose the dulce de leche buñuelos, but let me tell you, that was NOT dulce de leche (from a latino, I know what I'm saying). It was burnt sugar caramel and tasted so horrible I couldn't bear to eat it. If it weren't for the lovely service from our waitress, Ms Honey, the restaurant would receive zero stars. The meal is honestly not worth the cost or the time. Save your money and go elsewhere.
