My friend and I came to OBI for dinner and had such a great experience. The atmosphere was stylish and vibrant, the service was attentive and welcoming, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfect for sharing. The staff made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the evening, and everything arrived quickly despite the restaurant being busy. We left impressed by both the food and the overall experience. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!
OBI is just a massive vibe from the second you walk into that dark, moody space.
The sound system is next level—you get those deep, crisp vinyl tracks that actually let you breathe.
It feels like a secret club where the music is the priority, but the food somehow steals the show.
Those yakitori skewers coming off the charcoal grill are smoky, salty perfection and totally addictive.
The raw fish plates are super fresh and the drinks hit exactly how they should when the energy picks up.
I have to mention Noam the manager he took care of everything we needed and gave us the best recommendations.
He is such a wonderful guy and truly made the night perfect its easily the coolest spot in the city.

My friend and I came for a small dish as we weren’t very hungry and had a great experience with what we ordered and especially the service from Yonatan and Alma — so friendly and warm! Also the hostess was very kind and willing to move us to a table we liked instead of the bar. We’ll happily come back!

Terrible experience.
Came with my girlfriend on Thursday night as walk-ins. We were told to wait and even that we were next. After standing outside in the cold for about 20 minutes, someone pulled the manager aside, and suddenly our table was “gone.”
The hostess said she “made a mistake” and sent us away with zero respect. Clearly the table went to someone with connections.
Not a mistake, just bad values. They also lost a potential regular customer who eats out often. Avoid this place.

What a vibe place - and the food. Surely a great addition to the central area of Rothschild. The grilled Onigiri with fish was among the best dishes - but the various sashimi dishes were good. The shrimps dish needs a bit more "kick" and the "sando" would be more like a lunch bite, than a sophisticated dinner plate.
Skipped skewers and dessert - so will have to come again!
EDIT: Been again - also the lounge area is lovely to sit and dine
EDIT2: been again on a Wed eve and removing one star now, cause 20 percent of the dishes on the menu were already finished... That's not good planning. It was not a particularly heavy visited night
