The main issue with this restaurant is that the seating is outside, and it is not heated enough. In addition, in the middle of the seating area there are plants, which hide the tables behind them. Our waitress said that she didn't notice us due to the plants. The service was underwhelming, and we never got the water we requested twice. The food, on the other hand, was very good. We ordered 3 appetizers: a salad, a mushroom dish and a pumpkin dish. All were very good. We then ordered a fish as a main course, which was good.

Pleasant cosy restaurant, we happened to pass by while looking for place to eat. It was Saturday evening and we were one of the first visitors, later on the place was full, and only pre-ordered tables were seated in. The food was good, the menu is rather small, but everything was fine. The service OK, though they could use more people to increase the service speed. When it becomes crowded they just can't keep up with the requests.

The food at Oppenheimer was overall tasty, but unfortunately the service experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the hostess scolded us for being 15 minutes late (after spending a long time looking for parking) and told us, in an unpleasant tone, that we would have less time at the table. Despite that strict time limit, the service was very slow. It took about 25 minutes for a waiter to come take our order, and another 35 minutes for the food to arrive. One dish was missing entirely yet still appeared on the bill. The dishes themselves were flavorful but small considering the price point. Given the limited dining options in the area, we truly hope the service improves. As for us, we won’t be returning anytime soon.

Good neighborhood bars with good food and fine wine are a rare commodity in any city. Certainly in Tel Aviv, a city where bars are rare to find in just small Commercial center far from the heart of the city scene. Oppenheimer 11 Bistro Bar is a New York kind of superb Bar in a sleepy and quiet neighborhood. Kinder, the bartender, is a man of journey and understanding of wine and alcohol, with him behind the counter in this beautiful wooden Bar , you will experience a unique evening of really good food with suitable wine 🍷 or cocktail. He is one of the owners as well. The food here is bold, colorful delicious, smart, exciting and good. We ate beef tartare, lemon pasta, tuna sashimi, tuna tartare, wheat salad, sourdough bread and real hot peppers. We drank fine rosé wine and special cocktails. For two hours we were in SoHo, New York or just in a neighborhood bar in Rome or Madrid. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. It's hard to believe that such a wonderful bar can be found in an old neighborhood center, near the parking lot of the neighbors who sleep above.

Slow, inattentive service, had to ask for everything twice. Small portions, grossly overpriced. The pasta putanesca came cold without enough sauce, the fried liver on potato purée was drowning in sauce. The burger was just ok. Never again!
