Got reservations recently for dinner on a Wednesday night, “guaranteed patio seating”—with a $150 per person food & beverage minimum spend requirement. The view was AMAZING, overlooking the Bellagio fountain and a great view of the Strip at night. Got to see the water show frequently too! The ambiance was probably the highlight of our experience here. Service was great, our server Paul was outstanding—friendly and attentive. Food was overall good, but nothing mind blowing, and overpriced. For appetizers, we got the Maryland Blue Crab Cakes (it comes in 2 but we added a third crab cake since there were 3 ppl), Wood Oven Roasted Blue Prawns and Prosciutto Di Parma Buffalo Mozzarella. For entrees, we ordered Wood Grilled Australian Lamb Chops, 1 oz. Kaluga Caviar and American Wagyu Eye of Ribeye. For desserts, the Spiked Lemon and Basque Cheesecake were okay. Paul brought out a plate of fresh Chocolate Chip Cookies with Vanilla Ice Cream—delicious! There’s a “dress code” here but it was not enforced—I saw several men wearing shorts or sweatpants, and some even had on sneakers.

Dinner at Spago was romantically delightful. The service was excellent accommodating our requests to have split plates, well until desert 😋 We sat inside at a booth; we were comfortable and enjoyed the music, fountains and people watching. We shared the Endive Salad then Pappardelle Bolognese. The Spiked Lemon was the desert winner but Kaiserschmarrn (soufflé pancake with berries and raisins) was a close second. At The Bellagio, we always love an espresso martini while playing video poker and checking out the conservatory.

Spago at the Bellagio was the perfect private dining experience for our group of 20. The entire evening felt seamless from start to finish — incredible service, beautiful atmosphere, and food that was honestly 10/10 across the board. The sashimi was unbelievably fresh, the salads were perfectly done, the steak was outstanding, and the espresso martinis were some of the best I’ve had in Las Vegas. What I love most about Spago is how consistently elevated the experience feels without ever feeling pretentious. The staff made our group feel so well taken care of, the pacing of the dinner was perfect, and the views overlooking the Bellagio fountains make the whole experience even more special.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Spago! From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, welcoming, and meticulous. Our server, in particular, completely elevated the evening and made the entire dining experience truly exceptional with his top-tier service. The food was flawless: Oysters: Incredibly fresh, clean, and the perfect way to start the meal. Bolognese: Rich, savory, and cooked to absolute perfection. Kid-Friendly: I was also so impressed by their accommodation, they easily made a custom kids' pasta for my daughter, which made family dining seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend requesting a seat outside on the patio. The views of the fountains are spectacular and add the perfect backdrop to a memorable dinner.

5 stars all the way. We had an amazing experience at Spago Las Vegas. The food was beautifully presented and every dish was packed with flavor. The smoked salmon pizza was incredible, and the pasta dishes were rich, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The service was professional, attentive, and made us feel very welcomed from start to finish. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, with a great view and upscale Vegas vibe. This is definitely one of the must-visit restaurants on the Strip. Perfect spot for a nice dinner, celebration, or just enjoying a high-end dining experience. We’ll definitely be back next time in Vegas!
