We had such a wonderful experience at The Mermaid Inn in Chelsea! Even though we arrived late for our reservation, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us right before the kitchen closed. Kristen, the restaurant manager, did an incredible job keeping the floor running smoothly while still making us feel genuinely welcome. Our server, Sue, was incredibly sweet and attentive — she never made us feel rushed and took her time to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, the service was thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere made the evening truly memorable. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and couldn’t be more grateful for how kind and professional the staff were. Highly, highly recommended — this place really knows how to take care of their guests. Hands down the best seafood in the city!
