Insanely delicious food and kind and humble service, this is not like any other restaurant in Israel, it is a unique out of this world experience, and definitely my new home for Japanese hospitality and fine cuisine, they serve fusion or modern takes on the most classic japanese dishes, the chef shares so many of her own personal stories about japanese cuisine, her time in Japan, the culture and the produce, it is simply a festival for all senses, and so many dishes, I wasn't even able to finish some of the last ones served, these are not the bite-size dishes you often get in tasting meals. I was full, tipsy and delighted by the end of this experience - yes it's not a meal, it's an experience! I think this could be an excellent birthday gift or just any surprise for a loved one, or just very elegant and high-end fine dining experience even for no good reason other than being alive. Needless to say the high quality sake is refilled throughout the night, the vibe is sensational, and you get to taste some Japanese beers before the meal starts, enjoying the last ras of sunshine overlooking beautiful Jaffa from the balcony. It's like a fairytale.
Just can't wait to come again and again, they change the menu every season, my mouth is watering just thinking about it 🤩
