Alice Boulangerie’s new menu takes a delicious step forward with its apple wood fire grill concept, where the gentle smoky aroma and high-heat grilling bring out deeper flavours while adding a comforting warmth to every dish. 🫒Smoked Castelvetrano Olives Buttery green olives were lightly marinated with lemon zest and herbs. Simple yet addictive, they’re the perfect palate awakener before the heavier grilled dishes. 🍗Grilled Yogurt Spiced Wings Marinated in yoghurt to keep the meat incredibly tender, the wings were kissed by the apple wood fire grill, giving them a delicate smokiness beneath the Cajun spices. Finished with a sticky smoked BBQ glaze, each bite struck a satisfying balance of sweet, savoury and smoky flavours. 🐙Chargrilled Baby Octopus Tender with beautifully charred edges, the octopus developed a deep smoky flavour that paired effortlessly with the richness of the chorizo, while the yuzu added a bright citrus lift that kept everything balanced. 🦞Lobster Orzo Cooked in a rich lobster bisque until creamy and luscious, every spoonful was packed with seafood sweetness, earthy mushrooms and silky egg, making it feel like the perfect comfort dish. 🍝Vongole Squid Ink Spaghetti The fresh white clams and a light white wine sauce allows the briny sweetness of the seafood to shine. The squid ink added richness without overwhelming the dish, while fennel brought a subtle aromatic finish. 🍗Italian Braised Chicken Leg The slow-braised chicken was fork-tender, complemented by mushrooms, peppers and olives, while the turmeric rice soaked up every bit of the flavourful sauce. 🥩Black Angus Ribeye (300g) The apple wood fire grill created a beautifully caramelised crust while locking in the beef’s juices, adding layers of smoky complexity that enhanced the natural richness of the grain-fed ribeye. Paired with creamy mashed potatoes and tangy pickled kohlrabi, it was a satisfying finish to the meal. By embracing the subtle smokiness of apple wood fire grilling, the restaurant brings greater depth and character to familiar European-inspired dishes, creating a menu that’s hearty, flavourful and perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Despite its smaller-than-expected interior, the place exudes a surprisingly cozy ambiance. Online seat reservations are a convenient feature, adding to the overall dining experience. The starter clamari is cooked to perfection and surprisingly delicious. The black cod is cooked to the ideal doneness, and the accompanying sauce offers an intriguing combination of flavors. However, the fish may have a slightly fishy taste. The pasta is also quite enjoyable. This restaurant is an excellent choice for a delightful meal in Raffles City. While the prices are slightly higher than usual, the quality of the food justifies the cost.

I had a wonderful dining experience and would like to especially commend Jarren and everyone else serving our table for their outstanding hospitality. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and sincere care for our experience—he ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the meal. Service like this elevates the entire dining experience. Thank you for such a memorable lunch experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. PS: The restaurant did a wonderful job of getting the diners who were hogging the table (just because they were late) to leave as it was taking up our dining time.

Always a great time at Alice Boulangerie! :) So happy that it has opened a new outlet at Raffles City. My personal favourites (based on my two visits at this outlet) are truffle fries, grilled portobello cheese toast (brunch only), garlic chili clams with sourdough (would go rly well w pasta which we shared w the service crew!) and grilled tiger prawn capellini. Warm hospitality, lovely recommendations, amazing food and great vibes! Can't wait to be back.

Delicious food and fast service, but exhausting atmosphere and careless takeaway packing. ​We visited Alice Boulangerie at Raffles City for my birthday dinner in a group of three, spending about S$190 total. Overall, the aesthetic looks nice, but the environment is incredibly noisy and uncomfortable for a proper dinner. The music was blasted way too loud, making it hard for the three of us to even have a conversation. ​On the positive side, the floor staff were friendly, helpful, and provided fast service. The food itself was delicious—the salmon served with broccoli and vegetables was delightful. The Herb & Onion Bread came with an oil that had a really interesting smoky taste, and the Kombu Butter was so unique and flavorful. We also had the Grilled Tiger Prawn Capellini, the beef patty burger, and the Crispy River Shrimp (though the shrimp shells were a bit soggy), and ordered a bottle of sparkling water for sharing, which was not refillable. ​All the cakes we ordered were for the birthday celebration. They presented an amazing, icy cool plate with coated chocolate birthday words written on it and a beautiful candle, though only two of the cakes could fit on it. Even though another piece of the bloom cake couldn't sit on the same plate, I am still very thankful to the team for making it look so special. ​However, the takeaway side completely ruined the experience. I ordered two pastries to take home, and we only realized their mistake after we returned home and opened the box. While they packed the Almond Croissant, the other one—my Lemon Loaf Cake (Sliced)—was completely missing. ​Because of their sheer carelessness, it wasted my own time and effort to chase them down and travel all the way back just to get what we paid for. It is incredibly frustrating that a customer is forced to do this for a mistake the restaurant made. To everyone dining here: please remember to double-check your takeaway boxes before you leave, because their packing is not reliable.
