An absolutely outstanding experience at Colonel Saab, High Holborn! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and exceptionally looked after by the wonderful hosts — Rony, Rajat, and Sagar. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and passion for making guests feel comfortable truly made the evening special. I ordered the butter chicken, and I have to say — this is how butter chicken should taste. Unlike many places where it’s overly sweet, this was beautifully balanced, rich, and deeply authentic. Coming from Delhi myself, I can confidently say this tasted exactly how I would expect it back home. It was nostalgic, flavourful, and absolutely spot on. The restaurant itself is stunning — beautifully decorated with character, elegance, and a warm atmosphere that elevates the entire dining experience. And in my opinion, you can always judge a restaurant by how well they maintain their washrooms — Colonel Saab passes this test effortlessly. The washrooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standard, which says a lot about their attention to detail. Colonel Saab is now a must-visit for me whenever I travel to London. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended!
