Sartiano's exceeded every expectation and delivered one of the best dining experiences I've had in Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was elegant, welcoming, and full of energy. Joey, the General Manager, went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and appreciated, making our dining experience even more memorable. Brandon H's attention to detail and genuine hospitality were evident throughout the evening, making us feel like valued guests from start to finish. A special thank you to Michael and the entire service team for providing impeccable service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and anticipated every need. Their professionalism and warmth made our evening truly memorable. The food was absolutely outstanding--beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and every dish was full of incredible flavor. It's clear that everyone at Sartiano's takes great pride in creating an unforgettable dining experience. This was, without question, one of the best meals I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, elegant, stylish, and incredibly aesthetic. The hostess even wished us both a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and set the tone for the evening. Our server, Casey, was phenomenal. She knew the menu inside and out and made so many incredible recommendations. We ended up ordering seven of her suggestions, and every single one was outstanding. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was perfection. The Fluke (their take on carpaccio) absolutely stole the show for me. It was fresh, delicate, and honestly to die for; probably my favorite dish of the night. The East Coast oysters were incredibly fresh, and then they surprised us with complimentary caviar cannolis, which were so creative and absolutely delicious. The Wagyu fusilli was rich, creamy, and completely melt-in-your-mouth. We also had the 16 oz ribeye cooked medium rare, and it was one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. They prepared a tableside sauce that paired beautifully with the steak (and honestly everything else on the table). And I have to talk about the asparagus. I know it sounds ridiculous to rave about asparagus, but I have never had asparagus this good in my life. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, I would genuinely come back just to eat those asparagus spears. The manager also stopped by our table to check on us, and he couldn’t have been kinder. Every person we interacted with made us feel welcome and genuinely cared that we were having a great experience. Sartiano’s absolutely knocked it out of the park. The atmosphere, the service, the creativity, and the quality of the food were all exceptional. Casey, thank you for making our birthday dinner so memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful from beginning to end. The restaurant decor is stunning. The menu has a great variety. The fettuccine tableside was a very cool experience. The Porter house was very tender and well seasoned. The short rib pasta was so flavorful. Our server was on point as well as the other staff. The butterscotch dessert I could have multiple of those.! Worth every dollar. Book asap

Absolutely delicious experience. Celebrated my father’s birthday here. The lasagna was fantastic. We ordered the special Wagyu porterhouse that we didn’t know was 600 dollars till the end but it was delicious, it had oxtail and mushrooms underneath it. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Dessert was also great, the budino is the best
