Barbur has an excellent menu. The concept is a grill bar, which means everything has a sort of charred, grilled flavor of sorts. If you love this kind of thing, it's absolutely delicious. Happily for me, I love it.
My favorite dish has to have been the s'mores.
Fantastic experience in the heart of Nahalat Binyamin. The street in the evening full of great restaurants and bars. Barbur is a delicious Israeli grill bar restaurant.
We sat at the bar, a small, nicely decorated place.
The food was so delicious. From the focaccia to the herb salad until the ceviche! Rose wine was perfect as well.
The service and the team was friendly and welcoming. My Journalist colleague was so impressed by the food!

We visited the restaurant as a group on a Saturday. The place itself is very inviting a pleasant atmosphere in a pedestrian area, white tablecloths, and an overall nice setting.
The service was friendly, but unfortunately not professional. The waitstaff did not seem familiar with the dishes and were unable to explain what was included in them.
As for the food: overall, none of the dishes stood out or delivered a “wow” factor. That said, if the restaurant wishes to remain relevant, there is clearly room and need for improvement in quality.
The focaccia was not focaccia at all, but rather two slices of challah bread, offered at an outrageous price. The sausage dish was enjoyable, and I will mention a few additional dishes:
The cured fish dish was laughably small, and more concerning, suffered from a lack of freshness that is simply unacceptable.
The veal sweetbread skewer used good-quality ingredients, but parts of it were undercooked and left uneaten on the plate. The same issue occurred with the beef skewer, which was served with fries that were also under-fried and poorly executed.
In conclusion, this is not a place you come to for the food…but rather to see and be seen

One of the most creative restaurants I’ve eaten at in a long time. Barbur’s menu is both extensive and genuinely exciting -- every dish feels thoughtful and original. The staff was friendly, warm, and made the whole experience incredible.
I highly recommend starting with the kohlrabi salad, ordering the steak, and definitely leaving room for dessert. Barbur is absolutely worth a visit.

My favorite restaurant in all of israel. Not kidding. Always accommodating, changing the menu seasonally, and each waiter on staff has amazing english. The specials are always special and fresh, and I love sitting a the chefs table watching everything be made. Get the focaccia, try the stracciatella cheese and the meats and seafood u will fall in love with!
