Food quality is below average among Chinese restaurants in London. Limited choice of Dim Sum,but a full menu for full meal. Service from the only waiter is very good, few customers and it is quiet here. Very near to car park north of Heathrow.

Passed by this restaurant multiple times when travelling through Heathrow T4/T5, & decided to try today. 1) about 20% price increase compared to the menu price you see here in google. 2) theres a minimum spend of £15 per person excluding drinks and dessert(good thing kids are not included). 3)theres a service charge. 4) food servings are small. Very small for the price where normally viands (in chinese restaurants) close to 20£ are shareable. Xiao long bao didnt have soup. Siu mai was good. 5) atmosphere was good. They have koi/carp at the entrance (not to eat obviously 😅) and some live lobsters (i think this one is) 😂. If you wont mind the price and just wanted that asian craving fix, then this might hit the spot. Otherwise, Lots of other similar restaurants towards or in central london at this price point that has more to offer in terms of food, taste, servings.

Staff are rude, food is cold, waited 45 mins for prawn crackers and 25 mins for a drink. They will never get service from me again can’t believe they are still open. There is only 6 other tables in here so they were not even busy, there is no excuse for this poor service. Do not waste ur money or time, the prices are insane, £20 for chicken in black bean for it to be this small ???

Before visiting, I was a little hesitant because some of the recent reviews mentioned rude staff and inconsistent service - but honestly, that couldn’t have been further from our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very welcoming throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every dish exceeded expectations. The restaurant itself is stunning too - elegant decor, great atmosphere, and a really comfortable setting that made the whole experience feel special. I’m very glad we decided to give it a chance, and we will happily be returning again.
