This place is amazing. This is a must if you are coming to Vegas. Delicious food. It was a beautiful romantic atmosphere. You can even sit right in front of the fountains. We enjoyed our experience here. Would highly recommend to everyone. It was just perfect! The servers were so helpful and nice too.

What an INCREDIBLE experience to celebrate my 40th birthday at this amazing restaurant. Thank you to Sommelier Brian for setting up this amazing reservation for us and making it to special! Shoutout to our server Zonder and the food was absolutely incredible. Everything from the bread service to the drinks, to the pastas and the main entrees - nothing disappointed! It was all the best food I have ever had. Definitely recommend the oysters and the hamachi and the crab capenelli! Will be back next time I’m back in Vegas!

This new restaurant in Bellagio is amazing and if you're wondering if you should go, you definitely should!! My husband and I went for dinner and its now our new favorite spot. The restaurant is gorgeous, the atmosphere is so upbeat, lively and fun and the service is outstanding. The food is out of this world. We got calamari and ceasar salad and both were amazing. They bring pre dinner accompaniments and everything is amazing. Try it all! I got spicy rigatoni for my entree and my husband got the rib eye and both were the best we've ever had. They will offer a couple different desserts..the lemon cheesecake is to die for. Absolutely amazing experience. Can't wait to go again!

I wanted to leave a detailed and honest review because I noticed there are a lot of mixed opinions about Carbone Riviera, and after my experience, I can see why. We arrived about 30 minutes early hoping to be seated ahead of our reservation, but that didn’t happen and we actually weren’t seated until about 10 minutes after our reservation time. So if you’re thinking getting there early will help, it likely won’t. The service was a bit hit or miss. Our main waiter seemed pretty disengaged and didn’t check on us after taking our order (drinks, apps, and entrees). The only time we saw him again was when he brought the bill, which was disappointing for a place at this level especially since we had agree to pay the required amount before even being seated. That being said, there was a female staff member (not sure if she was a busser or waitress) who completely turned things around for us. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in on us, and even asked if we wanted dessert. She honestly carried the service experience and made us feel taken care of. Now, the food—absolutely amazing. Everything we had was incredible, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve been thinking about it ever since. Overall, despite the service inconsistencies, I would definitely come back and give it another try. The food alone makes it worth it, and I’m hoping the service experience next time matches the quality of the meal.
